ASICS and (Amsterdam based) DJ agency Robin Banks collaborated on a free EP to honour the 1 year anniversary of the agency. The ‘Can’t Run Like This’ EP is presented by DJ Abstract.

The productions are based on the sample ‘Can’t Rhyme Like This’ from the track ‘Jump’ by Kris Kross. All productions are handled by Robin Banks DJ’s, which represent different music genres like House, Hip Hop and Dubstep. The varied and upbeat nature of the EP, makes this a pleasant music mix for runners. To increase the listening and running pleasure, the ‘Gimme The Loot’ EP was added, which is based on the eponymous track by The Notorious B.I.G.!

To celebrate the ‘Can’t Run Like This’ EP, this Friday ASICS, Robin Banks and Bacardi will have an invite only release at Suzy Wong, followed by a release party at Jimmy Woo. The release party, which is hosted by the good people of Hype, will be open to everyone. The invited people at Suzy Wong will get the special and limited produced ASICS x Robin Banks collab T-shirt as a present.

I hope to see you all this Friday, 10 December 2010 at Jimmy Woo. And if you couldn’t make it, don’t worry because the EP will be available for free at one of the best fashion stores of The Netherlands, 290 square meters (Amsterdam).
